Why are Swiss Trip prices in Australian dollars (AUD)?
Swiss Trip Travel Services is an Australian based travel company. Therefore we quote most prices in Australian Dollars (AUD) and not Swiss Francs (CHF). If you would like the prices in your currency simply convert them or ask a Swiss Trip travel consultant.

Will Swiss Trip personnel be available while I am on holiday?
Yes, Swiss Trip personnel reside in Switzerland and are available during your stay to provide assistance, take you on ski orientation days or just provide advice. You're sure to get a great restaurant tip upon arrival.

Will Swiss Trip personnel babysit our children?
No, however Swiss Trip can assist you in obtaining qualified babysitters or enrolling your children in ski nurseries and ski schools. For some initial information on the services and facilities available, please read the "Services and Facilities" for your selected resort.

Swiss Trip Ski Holiday Package Questions

What is included in the standard Swiss Trip Ski Holiday Package?
Almost all of our packages include accommodation, ski tickets, equipment hire, transfers and Swiss tourist taxes. That said, you can create your own ski package using our Create Ski Package tool or, request a variation on a currently available package when making your enquiry.

What is the 'Free Ski Orientation Day' offered on each of the packages and mentioned on the website?
A Swiss Trip Ski orientation day is offered to all guess of Swiss Trip. The purpose of this day is to show you around the mountain so you don't spend the entire holiday trying to find your way around a mountain that offers such huge amount of skiing terrain. We do this for no charge because we don't need an excuse to go skiing and we love sharing this great region with all our guests.

Are flights included in the Swiss Trip package?
No, prices listed on the Swiss Trip website are for the Ski Holiday Packages only unless otherwise stated.

The best way is to contact Swiss Trip directly. Swiss Trip Travel are always available to discuss your travel requirements and answer any questions you may have.
